  Reliable in general but there were times when the cab driver was late for 1 hour to pick up my dad and he was late for every single appointment in the hospital. It happend once that we were waitting at the hospital for the taxi to take us back home, but he didn't show up for 2 and a half hours and when i called the centraal, they told me the cab driver said that he already picked us up, so they had to arrange the new cab. I belive these things can happend, but it's not fun when they do.

  After multiple calls and promises, still didn't show up 3,5 hours (!!!) after the scheduled time, had to contact another taxi service. Worst taxi experience ever.
