After being customer of this brand for over 6 years the way I was treated in this store was so bad that I decided deleting the app and stop buying from this brand. I can't support anymore a company that let their employees treat people like that.

After purchasing a pair of jeans, I realised at home that they were too tight. Although I had already removed the tags, I decided to return to the store to discuss my options. To my relief, the store manager was incredibly understanding and allowed me to exchange the jeans for a larger size without any hassle. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this location. I will continue to shop here for my clothes.... thank u!!

I would give more than these 5 starts for how nice and helpful and beautiful is the employer that has a brown hair and Green/ blue eyes and beard. I don’t know his name because I was too shy to ask. I hope you love your job the way I see you working and smiling for people. I’ve been once before and he remembered me. I want to tell you thanks for being there, your talent meant to be people to admire it. Thanks for the shorts and the older jeans and for ur beautiful opinion just like you are. I have never met a more helpful and friendly team. I managed to find all the products that I wanted because of their help. Unfortunately, the only problem was the tax refund system was broken, but that wasn’t their fault.

I’ve used G-Star jeans for many years and the quality is amazing. I visited the Rotterdam store -while traveling recently- and found several jeans and T-shirts that fit perfectly. The employees were very friendly, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable so I highly recommend this location.
