  Very beautiful store, nicely decorated and full of charm, but unfortunately the staff’s attitude completely ruins the experience. During my visit to Søstrene Grene in Rotterdam, a cashier made a rude comment towards my friend and me for no reason when I was paying, which I found particularly inappropriate. Additionally, some of the sales assistants would push past customers in the aisles without even apologizing. It’s a real shame for such a visually pleasant store. I strongly recommend that management remind their staff of basic politeness, a minimum level of courtesy is essential in any retail space !!

  Wonderful articles and always happy to shop at SG, but the staff attitude today pushed me to review. They were close to closing time (which I missed unfortunately, but there were still 5 mins) and despite other people being in the store still one colleague came to me specifically and I quote “we are closing you know? You should get ready to leave” in a really mean tone then walked away rudely. I have been a loyal client for years, it set me aback so much that you would ruin the atmosphere of the store like this. Proof how important it is for you guys to train your staff appropriately - one minute s experience can change years of loyalty. Thank you.

  A lovely store of Danish origin as we can see from the style of the various good quality products in the store. It's quite a compact store in the heart of the city but it's tidy, bright and very well organised. Very helpful and friendly staff who make browsing and shopping here a great pleasure.
