Today I had an appointment. There were two ladies behind the counter and 1 of them was quiet but didn’t really talk and the other one was really mean.. The way she looked at my friend and to me was like she was disgusted by something. The way of talking was also mean and no empathy. She was also on her phone secretly and I find it really uncomfortable because I was talking with a person but the ladies are exactly next to it and they could hear my private talk… after leaving the one again looked really mean to my friend and to me… Please hire some people who are nice and really care about other people…

so bad service. i have been waiting for my debit card for 3 weeks now and already ask them to resend it twice. even proposed to get it from the branch but they said no and still didn’t recieve my card

I have had numerous issues with this bank from the start. They failed to send me my activation code through post, and when I tried calling customer support they hung up before I could speak. I had to go to the bank to resolve this issue, which took a while since they had problems with identifying through the app. Then when the app was working, after a few days I was not able to log in anymore in the app and an error code popped up showing that my setting have changed and that I need to login to my account though the website. This wasn’t possible since I don’t have an e.dentifier and I tried calling customer support. The customer support this time picked up the phone, but was very rude and didn’t answer many of my questions, they just said I need an e.dentifier. I tried talking to them nicely trying to understand what happened, then they just hung up the phone. Horrible service, and I will absolutely not recommend this bank to anyone.

I tried opening a business account here, and was pleased to see that they have one especially suited for doctors, so I was expecting a high level of professionalism. Unfortunately this is not the case. For starters the website states that you will have your account within a week, I think I've had to call about 6 times in the past month to find out what was taking so long, each time I got some stuttering student on the line who couldn't explain anything to me. Never once did I receive an email about the status either. On my final call they told me it would take another 2 weeks (so 6-8 weeks in total!!), at which I got so frustrated I cancelled the order, called the ING who were able to see me the same day and my account was arranged within a few days. Funnily enough the ABN AMRO has decided to ignore my cancellation and sent me my stuff anyways, so not only are they impossible to get into business with, you can't get rid of them either.

Even one star is too much for this bank honestly. They have a horrible customer service. I been waiting more than 2 months to get a card and resolve my issue with it. I came to the bank multiple times to ask for help, but instead of apologizing and trying to help with the issues I was having they were acting rude. They have only one or two advisors to help people which is not enough at all compared to the amount of people waiting to get help. They have no respect for other peoples time and they only do the bare minimum to help. If you have the choice go pick another bank in my opinion instead of getting such a bad service.
