Excellent treatment from Miss Lishami, she listened to me and my brother speaking Spanish and then offered assistance in Spanish to give us better treatment. Gracias LISHAMI

Not worth visiting. Sign said it was open but there was no one behind the counter for 10 minutes. Not even a sign that the employee would return. ATM machines don't work both had error messages. Looks likes a third world money exchange service.

In other countries such a place would be shut down as a SCAM. However, in the Netherlands, GWK is the monopolist, which charges preposterous exchange rates and extra fees. Don't go there. Withdraw money at an ATM or just pay with a card. It'll cost you much less. Seriously, in other countries a place with such exchange rates would be simply shut down as a scam. I'm not kidding, see Prague
