They save well, but I can't see on the website how much money I have in total in those pots and I emailed them this morning that I needed money and haven't heard anything yet, so I don't know if it will ultimately be possible.

I don't recommend it to anyone, I was stuck for 3 years, I'm finally done, I think, nice debts, quite early, I still have debts, they said no. But no, I still have to pay a lot of things that they haven't paid. I had a conversation with them, they just said you have to see it this way, we've mostly paid. 3 years stuck with them for nothing, your stress is doubled thanks to them

Either money is transferred too late, or I have to keep chasing it by sending emails etc. This causes me so much more stress than when I arranged my own affairs, I should never have started this, I advise everyone against it
