Last week, we had a special evening in the Hoeksche Waard region, with a superb dinner hosted by Festin. This group of young people showcased what the culinary world of the Netherlands has to offer. The selection of dishes, remarkably carefully prepared and served, paired with organic wines, was top-notch. Everything was pure and flavorful—highly recommended.
