TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE START. I have bought my bike in December and was stated that delivery would happen in couple of days, it got delayed. Only after I purchased the bike, I was informed that there was no stock (as promised on the website). Now, after 3 months, my carrier broke. I didn't fall or anything, I just left my house in direction to the supermarket and my bike stopped. Now, I need a repair and I am having problems again. I need to bring my bike to Rotterdam they say, even though I live in Eindhoven and that's why I bought an ONLINE bicycle. I don't advise at all. “Mark” from customer support is very rude and never follows up on the agreements via the phone. I hope my situation is solved soon, but not sure what I can expect anymore…

It's Action quality at Action prices. Pretty difficult to assemble. Also the return policy costs you money. They charge you for "depreciation" if there are signs of assembly. How are you supposed to test a bike unassembled? So you pay 300 for a bike, then an additional 100 for proper assembly, realize it's too big, then get charged for it being assembled. Just stop pretending it's returnable.

One of the worst bike stores out there. Ordered a 300€ bike in August for my girlfriend's birthday, delivery went fine and on time, however the bike was stolen the same day it arrived which is our fault. The problem is, I highly doubt this company has any database whatsoever, when I asked them for a serial number for the bike they said they don't have one which worsened my situation. I proceeded with buying a second bike, again from this store. 6 months later, the bike is a ruin. A second hand bike would've lasted twice the time. It has rust all over the place, the chain shield broke down, brakes get loose on a weekly basis, it's making strange and annoying sounds all the time. All in all a bad experience. Cheap bikes, poor quality, poor costumer service.

My Spirit Retro was delivered to the south of Belgium early morning, just 24h after I placed my order. The transportation crate was in very good shape and all parts well protected. A smile came on my face when I first saw the olive green frame colour next to the vintage white balloon tyres. It took 20 minutes with the help of my 12 year old son to assemble all the parts, check and refix all the screws and so we started a first tour in our home town to the bakery store to catch our holiday breakfast. Arriving on the terrace the spontanous comment of a vintage fashioned young lady was... Oh what a nice bike! And a retired nice men immediately involved me into a discussion of some historic bike stories he had lived in the past. Since, we spend the weekend in the area of Leuven in the heart of Belgium riding along the canals with the Spirit and I observed a huge amount of smiles and looks throughout the ride we made when we crossed people. So thankfull to the Spirit crew!!! Now, two weeks later, I customized the Spirit with hammered mud guards, a smaller chromed front rack, a vintage Brooks saddle, Diacompe handle bar shifters, a leather handlebar strap and vintage chromed pedals to my preferred individual style. The entire team was very responsive and provided prompt and high-quality assistance with all my inquiries. I appreciate your professionalism and the excellent service you provide. Unfortunately, one of the bicycle parts was found broken upon arrival. However, I want to acknowledge your understanding and willingness to help.
