  Tourists be warned, these 'legal' bike thieves will take your rental bike without warning and leave you with a costly bill. Worse still on arrival to the depot it was closed. Look at their sign, it's as if Saturdays don't exist to these people

  Taking bicycles away from people who store them neatly is what happens here. When making an objection, you might as well not explain or provide any evidence, because they won't even look at it. A lengthy decision letter containing instructions on where you should store your bicycle and how. Like I didn't know that. I also can't help it that some people find it necessary to move my bike...

  The municipality's devious practices. I use my bike every day and return it to the same spot every day, for a staple in front of my house. Suddenly, it's taken away. Disgraceful. This is how citizens lose confidence in local government. It's simply state-sponsored theft.
