  We met with Yusuf at the store in Rotterdam. From the very first moment he has been very friendly and helpful. We have chosen for Cube Kathmandu. Within one week the bikes were ready to be picked up. I would recommend to friends to go to Premium bikes. We are from Eindhoven but it was worth the trip to Rotterdam. We have been assisted until the last moment. See picture.

  Very friendly service. It’s a great opportunity to see and test the bike before the purchase. Bought e-bike from their webshop on best price in the market and picked up from store. Everything went so smooth!

  Polite and friendly staff, but I received no assistance with setting up a new race bike as the outcome. A brief 5-10 minute orientation on adjusting the seat and steer position for a race bike, along with some basic tips, would have been helpful. Instead, I had to catch staff attention to ask my questions. We chose this bike shop specifically for the promise of basic technical support when picking up our new race bike. We came all the way from Amsterdam to Rotterdam specifically for that and didn’t get it. In the future, I will just order online and have a bike delivered directly to my home address. I am giving a 3-stars review for a free screw that was provided to me to adjust a race bike and paid pedal installation service that was quick - thank you!

  Since i got my e-bike here, the front brakes were not functioning optimal (not enough friction with the discs and making too much noise whenever it was raining). One recommendation i got from the owner was to ''simply put veeeery little dish soap on a paper towel and clean the discs''. I'm having the same problem after 3 whole years after both 'extensive maintenances' (that costs €125 each), it never got resolved also, as i went over to the shop to fix it over 5 times and got fed up with the bullshit and dealt with it. After roughly 3 years of using the original set of gear chains they finally reached their end of their lifespan and got changed in the last week of June 2024 with the last maintenance. Since then, my chain kept snapping out of the gears. So i manually put them back 7+ times in the last 3 weeks. Yesterday it totally gave up and snapped apart and broke. Brakes are also getting worse than ever. Example: In the rain on a straight road i need to squeeze the shit out of my rear brakes to make them work a bit. Conclusion: Their bikes could be great, but if you want reliable service and worth for your money, don't ever think to let these bastards do your maintenance. Chain costs nothing and takes 5 minutes of your time to change but they'll charge you 20-25 euros for a part that cost not even 5 euros and 5 minutes of their time.

  Be careful! They can give you different prices for the exact problem you have on your bike. This happened to me a day after I asked the price not after months or years. This should show how reliable they are.
