  We received a great service from Tayfun, Ensar and Olcay during our visit. They all were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone who wants the best quality service and good price/performance. They have hundreds of different products and an indoor test area where you can ride the bike.

  Customer centric approach taken at Superfietsen Rotterdam.!! I am excited to recieve my new Tenways CGO800S from the store, they promised to deliver at the earliest (Assembled with accessories). The owner is super cool and informative, soon after reviewing my feedback (read below), he approached me to make the ends meet and build a strong customer relation with me. Upon reviewing my feedback, he clarified that every feedback is opportunity to grow, and they always tend to do whats best for the customer. They managed to settle my issue, and provided the bike on company lease. I'm pleased with their proactive and customer centric approach. Thank you team! Extra star : for taking customer feedback into consideration ;) Previous review: 'They don't let you lease bike from Tenways (hellorider), despite being authorized dealer on Hellorider. At first, few employees are good and informative on cycles, but many of them aren't. They shall check with their management if they would like to continue collaboration with hellorider. Wouldn't have wasted ones time.'

  I don't leave reviews behind often. But I was helped exceptionally good by the workshop for my battery issue. They helped me directly and it really felt like they took their time to do it right.

  I purchased an Altec bicycle from them about three months ago for approximately 650 Euros. Shortly after, the bike started performing poorly, making a lot of noise, and the pedal system began malfunctioning. I took it back for repairs, expecting the two-year warranty to cover the issue. However, they insisted the bike needed servicing and charged me for it. Unfortunately, just a week later, the problems have resurfaced. The quality of the bicycle is very disappointing, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with both their product and service. I do not recommend them at all—this has been my worst purchase in the Netherlands so far.
