  Desperately needed a tire repaired over the weekend due to an unexpected inner tube breaking, and the workers at Zwaan were able to fix it in only a few hours. Quick fix, reasonable price, and great service. Will definitely be coming back for future bike fix needs. 10/10

  Very nice shop that’s extremely close to Rotterdam train station. Had a clean and clear workshop area with necessary facilities. Busy with customers. I came here because I was in desperate need for help fixing a broken swivel wheel on my wife’s wheelchair. The thread and sizing of the bolt was very unusual, as was the manner of damage, but they spent well over an hour sorting it out and charged a reasonable rate. More than happy… thank you all 👍

  Super friendly service for non-Dutch speakers — got my Veloretti e-bike disc brake pads fixed in no time, reviewed, and a quick mudguard fix the other day. Tried two other bike shops with dismal customer service - Zwaan is the place I’m returning to buy another bike soon because of the service.

  We rented 2 bikes for a 10 days trip this August. We booked them online a few weeks before and even if it was not easy to book 4 bags (2 for each bike) on the website in english, we made it work via email and paid for them when getting the bikes. We had no issues at all during the trip and during pick up and returning them. A very smooth experience. We really liked the bikes, it was ideal for our trip (only 2 to 3 hours of biking a day), we liked this style of bike where you are standing quite up even if it is sometimes hard when there is wind (which is often there). Still we were happy to have biking shorts (with cushions inside), but it might be because we were very beginners.

  Got my Vanmoof X3 fixed here. Super friendly staff. The bike was ready to collect in just a few hours. The cost was reasonable.
