  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fletcher Boutique Hotel Slaak-Rotterdam! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish design, comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. A special highlight of our visit was the warm welcome we received from the lovely Greek lady at reception. She greeted us with genuine hospitality, made us feel right at home, and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. She answered all of our questions with patience and kindness, and even gave us fantastic recommendations for local attractions and restaurants — every suggestion she gave was spot on! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the vibrant city of Rotterdam. We truly appreciated the personal touch and high level of service that made our experience so memorable. Thank you for making our stay so special;)

  This is a lovely hotel with a mid century vibe that I love. Room was stunning. However, the hotel only has 1 lift which was out of action for the duration of our stay. Front of house told us this on arrival, but we had to make do and walk the 60 stairs to our room. No offer of help or support. I’ve a heart condition, so this was quite challenging, and put a massive damper on our stay.

  A Most Delightful Stay at Fletcher Boutique Hotel Slaak-Rotterdam Verily, as a pleasure guest, as the fine hosts doth call it, mine hours at this grand establishment were naught but splendid. The chambers, most capacious and inviting, provided a sanctuary of comfort and refinement. The bathtub, a most wondrous fixture, granted me respite beyond measure, whilst the king-size bed did offer slumber most divine. Moreover, the presence of a small office within mine quarters was a boon most unexpected, allowing for both toil and leisure in equal measure. Alas, I partook not in the feast of the house, yet a trusted companion doth sing high praises of the fare, and so, upon mine inevitable return, I shall with great eagerness taste the offerings of their esteemed kitchen. The morning repast, however, was most pleasing, setting forth the day with nourishment fit for nobility. As for the hospitality, words fail me, for it was nothing short of extraordinary. The attendants, ever gracious and swift, did ensure mine every comfort was met. The adornments of the house were most fair to behold, exuding a charm both stately and inviting. And lo, the proximity to the heart of the city did further heighten the pleasure of mine sojourn, allowing for ease of exploration. In sum, my stay was a delight beyond measure. I rested well, was treated most kindly, and shall assuredly return anon. To any soul seeking a retreat of elegance and repose in Rotterdam, I say unto thee—this inn is most worthy of thy patronage!

  I would not come back. You can’t have a 4 star hotel where the air conditioning is controlled via the reception. At night there is no one at reception that can help you with that. Either it gets too hot or too cold. Air conditioning is too loud. Your sound insulation is terrible. You can hear everything from the street on a closed window. There is a loading dock of the Lidl store that is active from 5am and makes it impossible to sleep. Breakfast is terrible. No options and the food is tasteless. We wanted to take a bottle of water at our table and were told we can’t…The only good thing you have is the gym. And what is with the open bathrooms and separate toilets at the other end of the rooms. For the crazy amounts of 200+ eur per night this is by far the worst stay. And the parking is expensive!

  Very interesting hotel. We loved the greenish concept in the lobby and bar, had a fantastic time for ASOT 2025 and were happy to be that close to everything central and connected to metro lines. Room (Deluxe room) was very quiet, cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the soft bed, the nice shower in the bathroom and the minibar. Prices were reasonable and fair - maybe breakfast is a little bit expensive but that’s okay for such a nice service and higher class atmosphere. Staff members were very friendly and helpful, we haven’t had any open wishes and were happy to have chosen Fletcher (again). Thank you very much for having us for 5 days and see you soon!
