  Great location right next to the central station. The hotel concept is fun and creative. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewage smell that made it quite unpleasant. We mentioned it to staff, and they were already aware of the issue... There were also several dead mosquitoes stuck to the ceiling, which didn’t help the overall impression. No fridge in the room, and we weren’t allowed to use one elsewhere either. For the price, it was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

  Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam is a really interesting place with a unique and creative concept. The location is very convenient and although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, it’s quite easy to find a spot nearby. We were lucky to get a bigger room with a balcony, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a fun and different kind of hotel that’s definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something a little outside the ordinary.

  Great but unfortunately too short of a stay. We had our train coming in to Rotterdam cancelled on us and only managed to get to the hotel the next morning at 5:30. We were greated by a very friendly front desk attendant and shown to our room which was lovely. Very clean and very friendly staff. We'll have to come back to have the time to discover this wonderful hotel.

  I booked it last minute for a 3 days trip in Rotterdam. By website it looked cool and quirky. When arrived the place seems to be kind a hostel instead a hotel even though we have private rooms etc. Very young staff, not at the level of a hotel. The aesthetics very quirky and fun as images. The access to the rooms through stairs so not convenient for ppl with disabilities. The room was simple and clean. Too simple I would say, just a bed a little table but not more . It’s not noisy I must say The location was great near the train station Price was also good I wouldn’t come back there

  During my stay, I discovered bedbugs in my room—a serious hygiene issue that made it impossible to continue sleeping there. When I reported the problem, the staff acknowledged it and initially assured me that I would be fully refunded. However, I was later only refunded for the nights I didn’t stay, even though the situation was entirely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel was unable to offer me an alternative room, leaving me to resolve the situation on my own. The hotel is full of wall-to-wall carpeting, which likely contributes to the infestation issue. This is clearly not an isolated problem but a result of poor maintenance and cleanliness.
