Chimene at the front desk was a great help. We arrived early after a long travel day and were able to access a room straight away. The room had a lovely view to the canal. Location is great and close to public transport.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean and spacious, with friendly staff. It's in a very lively area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but the room was quiet. There is also a train/tram station (Rotterdam Blaak) not too far away. There are great riverside views directly outside the hotel, where you can see lots of boats. Overall, a great experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the ibis hotel in Rotterdam. The hotel is conveniently located, easy walking to the city center and all the main attractions. Our room was clean, we felt very safe and well cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having a drink/hanging out in the lobby. Would love to stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at ibis Rotterdam City Centre! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. A special shout-out to Cheryleen, who provided outstanding service. She was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to dine and what to see in this beautiful city. Her friendly attitude and local knowledge made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Rotterdam. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city. I will definitely be returning!

Note: This review is updated after checkout. Chimeue was polite and helpful at check in. The room was clean and towels changed daily minus Sunday, but extras were provided on Saturday to compensate. Breakfast is €18, but was good quality compared to what I've experienced in the USA. Staff is fluent enough in English to make communication easy when you do not know Dutch.
