  Great stay at Room Mate Bruno! Perfect location just across the Erasmus Bridge and close to the city center. The mix of the historic warehouse charm and modern design is really unique. Our room had a lovely view of the cruise ship dock. Big shoutout to the super friendly staff – we lost an item and they went above and beyond to help us get it back. We’ll always have good memories of this place. Highly recommended!

  We only stayed one night so didn't really get any service, except when I called front desk to ask about Toll Free phone calls. The person didn't know what Too Free phone calls are. He was not able to give me an answer and did not even attempt to find out for me. He was absolutely no help but to just say I don't know doesn't seem to be acceptable for someone in the hospitality industry. The room looks nice but I found it to be too dark. We also had a blood stained bath mat. Perhaps they need to check the supplies. Also, the tissue box was almost empty. There wasn't a new one in the room. Perhaps they can keep a new box in the room so people don't need to ask for it. Or whoever cleans the room can check it when preparing the room?

  This hotel is very poorly managed. My room was not cleaned properly. I asked for a change. The new room was even worse (with a sock under bed). I asked for a thorough cleaning and went for early dinner. On my return I found that the sock was taken but nothing else was cleaned. I told the manager about this and they said they will discuss it internally. In my whole life, I have not experienced such an incompetence. The hotel’s interior design is also a total disaster - the furniture is of lowest quality (and of course stained/dirty). Surprisingly the breakfast was fine. Overall, I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this hotel.

  Best hotel shower I've ever experienced. That water pressure. 👌 Great location, a few minutes walk from a metro station that is a straight shot from Rotterdam Central Station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The next door Food Hall is good but check the individual restaurant reviews before you order as some take 45 minutes to prepare your food. I didn't use the gym but it's small with a few cardio machines, a bench and some dumbbells and then what looked to be a chest and shoulder press machine.

  Great location and easy access to the cruise terminal, which is across the street-walkable. Rooms are large and clean. There's a great work space should you need it. Great nights sleep and wonderful roomy shower! Wonderful front desk team!
