Well, not sure what the purpose of the store is.. not much stock to look at or buy immediately, and if you use them as pick up point, better take a day off because you will be waiting... First and last time I use the store.. I will go to the red store next door.

2 hours spent to only buy a screen protector. They are slow and not helpful. I have never seen a worse managed store. It is really not logical you need staff to pick up one item and with an empty store, you still need to wait one hour to be attended.

At first I was sent to the wrong floor so I ended up losing my turn at the line and I had to wait all over again. But later, the employee who helped me decide my purchase of headphones was very helpful, patient and fun so I left the place happy at the end.
