    I purchased a washing machine that had a cracked tank holder, which was not visible at first. However, after moving it, the crack became noticeable and started to leak in less than a year. When I filed a complaint, a technician came to assess the issue and identify the source of the leakage. He applied extra pressure to try to fix it but it got worse and ultimately stated that it was not their problem and couldn't be repaired. I was charged for this visit. In the end, they cancelled its warranty and suggested that I buy a new machine. Wow, what a service!

    Whenever I want to buy an electric product, I head straight to this store. You can either ask for advice or buy without any. What I really appreciate is the excellent service after payment. Once, I bought a hair dryer that wasn’t what I wanted. I returned it to the store, and they treated me with such respect and friendliness. From that day on, it’s my first choice when I want to buy products. I know they’ll always be friendly and understanding, even if I’m not happy with the item. They’ll do their best to satisfy me.

    I ordered something online with the hope that i can collect it immediately from the store. I had no idea i had to wait 45 minutes in queue in order to collect my online order. I know your are busy and everything but in the same time you can not claim efficiency of your system. This is not aligned with the modern world. This system is super inefficient. Maybe you can install some lockers and put online orders in lockers that can be opened with a code sent to the customer. With respect 🙏

    A polite customer service would be appreciated! There was no one to "greet" at the entrance at 7pm so I was walking towards laptop sleeve section. I told a gentleman that "I need help with laptop sleeve". To that he asked "what help you need" (not in a nice way)... He then added, oh you want to buy... it was just so unpleasant way I was spoken with. I said yes I'd like to see and buy. Then i was told "you can't just grab stuff here". There's a virtual que and you have to wait. Shocking Rude!!! The store was empty by the way. We always ordered everything from coolblue at my workplace. Such a poor experience.
