  We visited this location today, the store is huge and has all the needs. However, my 1 star review is for the experience created by them. I went to buy a mouse(wireless), the shelf price was 11.99 and upon checkout I was asked to pay 20.90. I did pay and went back to check the price again, and it was as I thought 11,99. I then asked an employer to help me out with this issue but he only told me that it's an error and there's nothing that I can do, only return it and buy another one. Overall I ended up paying more than planned and was really disappointed with the MediaMarkt. Be careful what you take and double check the price with an information desk before checking out!

  I've bought a lot of stuff there and I'm happy. I've bought new gaming keyboard for my PC, and I also got a new extension cord for my PC finally with enough cable to reach power contact without adding another extension cord. I've also buyed 3 led light bulbs because I was need to change those in home. On end I bought new usbc charging/data transfer cable for my phone.

  So, I went to buy a Google streamer here today and since it was closing time, I didn't wanted to waste my time looking. So, I asked the first sales guy I saw. He blatantly denied saying, we don't keep it and you need to buy it online. I had briefly worked at a retail store so I know how it is for some people they just don't want to help. Within a few seconds, I saw another guy and I asked him. He directed me in the correct direction. I bought it and within 10 mins, I was out of the store. So yeah, they really need to look into this stuff. And this is not the first time it has happened at this store. They are hardly willing to help. It's like I am going to a treasure hunt whenever I visit this store. Hope it improves.

  I want to give this store a one star review because I went to return item I bought on 14.06, it was a microphone. The process went smoothly at first and the person who helped me said the payment will come next day. Didn't receive the payment until this day and there is no way to contact them via email nor is this return registered on their website lol

  Sold my wife a ALTIJD SUPPORT & PROTECT PERSOONLIJK service with the product we didn’t need. Can only be cancelled in the same shop and can’t even get money back from the first month…
