  Went to buy an incredibly beautiful white marble Shiva lingam today. A pleasant surprise was that i was given quite a few helpful pointers and adivices on how to maintain the Shiv lingam and to perform the initial puja. Also nice to meet a shopkeeper who does not just want to sell, but is genuinly interested in your person in order to give the right kind of advice.

  Came in for Vishnu Bhagwan Murti and left with not only the most wonderful Murti ever but also with an amazing explanation on how to worship and the most friendly staff to help me 🕉️🙏🏼🌊🌺 i know i can come here when i need advice or Puja material and the experience is 10/10 each time. From beautiful idols, traditional lamps to fresh garlands, incense sticks, and pooja thalis, they have it all! They even offer unique and specialty items for various rituals, which makes it easy to find everything in one place. Quality of Items The quality of the products here is good. I bought a brass diya, and it was sturdy, polished, and beautifully crafted. The flower garlands and natural incense sticks added such a divine touch to my pooja setup. Pricing I found the prices at store bit expensive. But all in all good. Customer Service The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. They were very helpful in guiding me suggesting items I hadn’t thought of, and explaining the certain products. Overall Experience Shopping at Vaishnovi made preparing for my pooja hassle-free and enjoyable. Whether you're looking for everyday pooja items or something special for a festival, Vaishnovi is a good choice.

  I gave 1 star only because there is no 0 star option. The person in the shop was extremely rude, doesn’t answer any questions related to product and even the bill we received. He literally asked us if we can leave as he wanted to go out somewhere during open hours. We literally felt like he was doing us some favour though we were the customers. I will never recommend this shop to anyone.
