  Luxurious shopping! The only things they lack is a stationery department, and not just on luxury pens, but would be nice to see some notebooks, pens and art supplies. Otherwise, it's amazing shopping there.

  I always shop at Bijenkorf Rotterdam—literally all my perfumes come from there, and I do a lot of my shopping there in general. It’s super convenient because everything is in one place, and the whole experience is always easy and comfortable. Recently, I ordered a Dyson and there was a one-day delay, which was actually my mistake. The customer service team was really helpful and kind—they did their best to assist me. I received the Dyson the next day, and the packaging was perfect. I’m really happy with their service every time. Highly recommend!

  This is the Rotterdam branch of the most famous department store in the Netherlands catering for high- and higher-end products. The store is very well organized and the staff extremely professional, helpful and polite. Always a pleasure shopping in de Bijenkorf Rotterdam. If you need a break there is a large restaurant on the 2nd floor. There is also a café on the ground floor. PS: new photos added 2/11/21: ready for Sinterklaas and Christmas 🌲🌲☃️.
