Primark Rotterdam, situated on the bustling Hoogstraat, offers a vibrant shopping experience for those seeking trendy fashion at budget-friendly prices. Spanning multiple floors, the store boasts a wide selection of clothing for men, women, and children, alongside accessories, footwear, homeware, and beauty products. The layout is generally well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the various departments. Shoppers often praise the store for its affordability and the variety of styles available, catering to both classic and contemporary tastes. The introduction of eco-conscious lines, such as the Wellness collection made from organic and recycled materials, reflects Primark’s efforts toward sustainability. However, peak shopping hours can lead to crowded aisles and longer checkout lines, which may detract from the overall experience. Despite this, the staff is typically courteous and efficient, helping to maintain a positive atmosphere. In summary, Primark Rotterdam is a go-to destination for fashion-forward individuals looking to update their wardrobe without overspending. While it can get busy, especially during weekends and sales, the combination of variety, affordability, and location makes it a worthwhile stop for both locals and tourists.

Great range of products for men, women and children which are separated on different levels. Can be busy even during weekdays so do plan your visit in advance. They accept credit card and provide paperbags.

Stood at the disability queue for almost 20 minutes... Multiple staff members saw me standing there for ages, but no one offered to help. I eventually gave up and went to the tills downstairs, where I was immediately helped by someone who looked like a teamleader or a manager. She apologised for the long wait, which was sweet, but she obviously wasn't to blame. I don't see any use in having disability queues if you're going to ignore people who need to use them.

They used to accept dogs, but they changed the rules and dogs are not allowed anymore. I have an assistant dog and the security man didn't allowed me to enter. It's so regressive, but... They're following the flow: Netherlands is changing the rules to adapt the country to the restrict cultures.
