Slow and poor communication. It took weeks for emails to be answered and when we visited (a number of times), they always promised to get back to us without any results. Ultimately, I bought a custom built-in IR sauna from Saunabouw Wilton for less money and much better service. I'm glad we didn't go here, we'd probably still be waiting for an answer.

answered poorly and very unsympathetically; Normal question asked by telephone, I had to do it by email; email sent after a week no response; and when you call, you get a big mouthful of yes, I have more to do, I have 28 customers; Well, this customer will look further

Nice company if you want to buy a sauna. You can purchase a DIY kit or have it done. The latter is recommended, because you have to do it with two people, in case you are alone. Zaak also has its own production workspace behind the showroom, which gives it its own character. It is also cheaper compared to other companies.
