  We were looking for saunas, and were a bit sceptic after reading a previous review I must say. But I cannot confirm that, we had a rather different and more positive experience. Perhaps it depends on the salespeople present at the time. We did go to the showroom on a Sunday afternoon, and it was very quiet. We had a very positive experience. We looked around for a long time, then sat down with the salesguy, looked at blueprints and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the products, and generally very competent, and not trying any strange sales-techniques on us (luckily! We really hate that.... Who doesnt??) . He asked the right type of questions, and also came up with out-of-the-box-thinking solutions, really helpful. All in all we left with a well thought-through quote, and definitely are considering it. Thank you.

  I would not recommend shopping here. My husband and I went looking for a sauna and jacuzzi. The salesman was not interested in hearing about what we wanted, he was only interested in selling us the most expensive items he could. He spent about 15 minutes trying to make the sound system on the jacuzzi work. Even after we told him we were not interested in the sound system, but in the features of the hot tub. He also kept calling his manager and pretending like every quote he gave us was the deal of the century, when it was in fact about 50% over market value. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

  Today Fabio installed our infrared saunas. It went very well. Very friendly and helpful. Explains everything well and goes through everything with you. Was also right on time, also called nicely in advance before he came. I recommend it to everyone! Thanks Fabio!!

  I really don't understand what the bad reviews are based on. Our experience was very pleasant. We made an appointment in the showroom with syl. He gave us good advice and discussed the options. We wanted a compact sauna in our bathroom and it was adapted to our wishes. The technician was friendly and on time and installed everything neatly, explained it and left the workshop neat and clean. We are going to really enjoy our sauna. Thank you!
