  I ORDERED A PRODUCT AND THEY STATED IN AN EMAIL THAT THEY WILL SEND IT WITH EXPRESS DPD POST AND THEY SEND IT WITH NORMAL WHICH TOOK VERY LONG TIME MORE THAN 2 WEEKS..... FINALLY ARRIVED.... ALSO THEY CHARGED ME FOR EXPRESS. UPDATE: The company thankfully replied after a long time and returned me the difference from the EXPRESS SHIPPING. Very polite of them. Thus i improved the rating from 1 star to 3. Thank you very much.

  Responded to the first email inquiry within hours. Quickly reachable by phone. Clear website. The goods were delivered in Austria within five days of ordering (everything as ordered) – and this in the middle of the lockdown.

  The product is of very good quality. Sauna bench slats made of Thermo Aspen. There are many products for saunas. Delivery took a little longer, but that's perfectly normal given the current situation. We thank Saunamarkt and wish them all the best.

  I bought a sauna door, unfortunately there was damage during delivery. An exchange was not possible because our piece of choice was already sold out. At our request, we organized the repair ourselves. Communication with “Saunamarkt” was uncomplicated and at the end there was a discount for our efforts. P.s. We really like the wooden door and are looking forward to our sauna
