  The experience was amazing, so relaxing, clean, and the aromatherapy activity I loved. It's a really good place.

  The amenities are not well maintained, when you enter it doesn't smell fresh and welcoming, but a bit musty. You quickly see why, as there was mold in various places. There is only one place that is inside when you can chill and read, however when we went there was a lot of rain and if was free falling into the room. The employees know about it as this is a reoccurring issue, but nothing is done to help besides putting towels on the ground. There was a big toilet issue for me. There were only 5 toilets for the whole place (as far as I could find) and they were mixed - this means there were full all the time. The doors are semi transparent. You can see the shape, color and movement of the people on the toilet. I was extremely embarrassed, being able to see and hear guys behind my door, knowing they could see my shape. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit, so I felt super vulnerable and naked. I hated it and dreaded each time I needed to go to the toilet. I was also surprised that they make you pay for water, you have to buy a bottle to have free water. So you need to already have a water bottle with you if you don't want to pay. The changing lockers are super small, you end up super warm and frustrated changing outside of it because it's too cramed. Some renovations should be done, getting rid of the mold, fixing the leaks, providing more toilets with real doors, better changing lockers. There is a great potential there and the staff is good ! The massage was heavenly (hence why I still gave 3 stars), the lady was very good and professional, it was super relaxing and she deserves all the praise :) ! I think her name was Danny, or Dona.. started with a D.

  We really enjoyed the wide selection of saunas, comfortable resting rooms and overall pleasant atmosphere. The interior design is very pleasant.

  Small and well equipped therms. I recommend going on weekdays, to enjoy the serenity of the place at its best. Enjoy 45min quality infusion times (with essential oils) in the outdoor sauna - schedule available at the desk.

  Stunning place however, there were quite a few people that were not adhering to the rules. They dis not wear proper swimwear, robes or sandals. The pool and the indoor bubble bath were taken over by children who were very noisy, disrespectful. Overall, the food were fantastic and so was the staff
