What poor communication and customer service Neatly scheduled a telephone appointment because we wanted to be extensively and well informed about purchasing a sauna... upon arrival the person in question knows nothing... first let us wait for half an hour when she makes time she is gone within 5 minutes to a bell without saying anything and leaves us looking like fools... what a customer focus...
