  Visited here Sunday afternoon. If you want to go shopping on Sunday and you are near this area, this is the place to do it. First, parking is €7 per visit. Not a bad deal if you are shopping multiple hours here. They have covered parking garage as well. Plenty of parking including EV charging available during my visit. The shops located here are superb. They have high end luxury brands as well as other well known brands offering decent discount price. Some perks: they have many places to eat, shaded places to sit down to rest, and the visitor’s center has a free water station so you can drink water for free. And washrooms are clean and free to use also. We spent about three hours total knowing which stores to visit/shop and the experience was simply fantastic. We also ate at a couple of places and the price was more on the expensive side (due to the exclusive location) while food tasted quite good. The layout of the shopping center is nicely done and “fun”, navigating around is definitely easy. And you can tell the entire place is well maintained and clean. The Sunday crowd seemed to be increasing in the afternoon, so I would think coming here early is a good idea.

  I'm giving five stars because the choice of designer shops is exceptional! 👌🏻 However, when you're heading here be prepared for huge queues leading up to the outlet! 😱🛻🚘🚗🚘🚗🚘🛻🚗🚘🛻🛻🚗🚘🛻🚗 You may also have to queue to get into the stores! Some of the queues were over an hour long! 😩 It's a really lovely shopping village and there are plenty of places to eat. Highly recommend the Frites with Mayo! 😋 There's plenty of parking but also be prepared to wait to find a space if it's busy! 🚗🚘🛻 If you're into designer clothes and goods you must go! 👌🏻 If not you may wish to avoid as it's a very crowded place! 😊

  I visited on a regular Friday morning and found plenty of parking available. There were no lines outside the stores, except for a few popular stores like Gucci and Adidas. My husband dropped me off and left, so we didn’t have to worry about parking fees. Before noon, it wasn’t too busy. Most of the stores greeted me as soon as I walked in, and the restaurants and cafés were quiet as well. Unfortunately, nothing really caught my eye. I found the selection a bit limited, and the outlet products often have different designs compared to what I usually see in their regular retail stores. That said, I really enjoyed the layout and design of the shopping complex, especially the charming Dutch-inspired architecture. Overall, I’d recommend this place more as a tourist destination for a relaxing stroll and pleasant atmosphere rather than a true shopping paradise. Driving there wasn’t as easy as I expected due to the narrow and busy roads in the surrounding neighborhoods, so I suggest coming early on a weekday morning and avoiding weekends for the best experience. It’s also an easy 10–15 minute walk from the Roermond train station and bus terminal, which makes for a convenient and stress-free alternative to driving.

  Outlet Roermond is a really nice place to spend the day. You can find all kinds of clothes from top brands at great prices, and there are plenty of options to eat and drink as well. Everything is in one place, so it's super convenient. Definitely worth a visit!

  This outlet is a great place to shop if you’re looking for good deals on brand-name products. However, most stores are quite small, and even bigger ones like Nike and Adidas don’t have a huge selection. While prices are discounted, the best items aren’t always available. The outlet is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM, so you can shop even on Sundays. But be aware that weekends are extremely crowded. If you want a more relaxed shopping experience, it’s best to go during the week and earlier in the day. There are free bathrooms scattered throughout the outlet, as well as several places to grab food and drinks. Personally, I really like The Burger Federation! What I really don’t like about this outlet is the €7 parking fee—way too much! I personally think parking should be free here. I’ve been here multiple times, but this will be my last visit. Every time I come, the parking fee increases. The first time I visited, it was €4, which I didn’t mind because they had free Tesla destination chargers. But then they removed them and replaced them with paid charging stations. Oh well, doesn’t matter anymore—I got rid of my Tesla anyway… So if you’re up to it and wanna pay the seven euros for parking, come here and spend a few hours shopping.
