  It's absolutely perfect. We stayed for one night because of the flight delays. The staff was very kind and service-oriented. The room, bathrooms, and bed were very nice and comfortable.

  We lived our stay here. Highly recommended. Very nice big rooms. Clean with enough lighting. The design is good. I loved the carpet and the painting. Good air-conditioning. Coffee maker (capsule type) is available, but no fridge in the room. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. And we have a balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee outside. The breakfast is the best, heaps of selections. Ameneties: Swimming pool, laundry and ironing room, gym, and small nook for groceries. In the lobby, there are plenty of sitting areas. It's too big, if you are unlucky, you need to walk 3 plus minutes to your room.

  A bit of a quirky hotel. The layout is strange, it's easy to get lost. My room number was 5020 but it was on the 1st floor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern.

  We stopped by Van der Valk Hotel for lunch and ended up staying the whole afternoon for work. The chicken satay was tasty, generous in portion, and well-presented. What really stood out though was the atmosphere. The ground floor has been recently renovated and looks great. They used beautiful materials and gave the place a warm, elegant feel. The bar and restaurant are both stylish and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout. We didn’t stay overnight, but it turned out to be a perfect spot for a work session: cozy, quiet, and welcoming. A very good surprise.

  I stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I wanted to share my experience. The surroundings were absolutely lovely, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The hotel also had a nice indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped wellness center. Just wish someone overlooked the pool more as there were kids running around disturbing the other visitors, diving into the pool, splashing water at everyone and playing with water guns. Furthermore, the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable getaway. -1star for the cleaning of the room. And lack of privacy at the balconies, small railing cutting off the neighbouring rooms.
