Good product, easy to install. Product would even be better if the head would be a little wider, so it can cover imperfections caused by drilling in the stone

After ordering a pool robot that was available from stock, an order was placed and paid by credit card. After about 3 days, I received a phone call from saunaenzwembaden.nl that the robot was not in stock and could no longer be delivered. The refund also took another 4 days and was originally incomplete. The company has difficulty respecting Dutch consumer law and did not want to refund the credit card "gateway" costs, even though no delivery of services or goods had taken place due to their error. After contacting the credit card company, I formally requested the full amount back and it was eventually returned to my account after about 14 days. Really not recommended. Then I ordered a robot from Willy Naessens at zwembad.be and received it within 3 days.

Nice store with a lot in stock and fast delivery. Very friendly employees on the phone. Too much paid shipping costs refunded that I had not asked for. Honest business... they still exist!!

Delivered product does not match the image on the website. The dimensions in the specifications are also incorrect. I was told that they adjusted it immediately. Waited a few days... NOT adjusted. They also charge for parcel post but I received it via letterbox post.
