  Horrible after sales. I have purchased a steam generator for our bathroom 5 months ago. It never worked - called them and asked for a service. You can't call them - you need to sent a email. It took them almost 3 weeks to reply - 4 weeks to give a appointment. Finally service arrives to fix the problem and let us know there is a electric cable missing which suppose to be in the original package ( which was not there) and he need to order it. Another 3 weeks to recieve the missing cable than I had to arrange a installator to connect it. Ordered a installation myself - took 2 weeks to get a appointment - he came and installed still not working and giving the same error code. Installator called them and they just said sent us a email!!!!!! They sell the product and if you have problems - they simple don't care. So final conclusion: ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED with horrible customer/ technical/after sale support!

  Ik heb dit als zeer goed ervaren. Ik heb 2 saunas gekocht voor in mijn huis, werken prima. Aan een was er een mankement, maar na bellen is dat redelijk snel opgeknapt en doet het prima nu. Mijn ervaring: Top!
