  Terrible experience — ruined a surprise gift and no response from the spa I visited Fantasia Spa in Amersfoort on February 15, 2024. The visit was meant to be a surprise gift for my partner, but unfortunately, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty — there was hair in the pool, a dirty towel under the sink, and something suspicious floating at the bottom. The decorations (for Valentine’s Day) were cheap and deflated. The water was cold, the room was freezing, and basic services we paid for — like robes — were never provided, just like the chocolate and mocktails that were included. Even after reminders. And most importantly, instead of the promised jacuzzi, there were only water jets — and even those were not functioning properly. Only 2 out of 8 were working (I will share a video below). When we pointed out the issues, the staff became rude and even raised their voices. One employee told us we should just “accept it” and “Don't even think that someone will return your money”. I ended up in tears, humiliated and deeply disappointed. I tried to contact the spa via email to request a refund — They said they would talk to the manager, after that no one answered me anymore. We paid €335 for this experience and received neither quality no respect. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  I really appreciated the cleaning,it looked very clean. Swimmingpool is amazing but it's not a jacuzzi! The remote of bubbles is far from the pool and actually bubbles are not enough to assure a massage,but temperature is perfect. Saunas works really good,we would suggest some chair or bench to put bags and clothes. But there are more saunas where with same price you have for free slippers and dookjes

  It is a beautiful place where you can relax with your partner. We ordered the romantic package, which met our expectations because we enjoyed a fruit package, chocolates and a cocktail. Perfect for celebrating a birthday!!!
