  It was, as always a pleasure! Girl at the reception was super nice and helpful. Would be maybe nice if you could be the one that will measure time, because like this we have to give ourselves 15min before the end and if I'm being completely honest, I dont want to think about time while I'm there.. for you guys to notify (by turning on lights for one minute, or knock on the door..) is not a big hustle. Because as we people are, not many will put alarm 15min before, but 5min before...you do the math! And showers are a bit too simple and warm water takes forever to arrive. But nevertheless, this minor things won't stop us from returning to this oasis 😇

  Incredibly disappointing experience at the spa and with the following customer service. During our visit, the electricity failed over and over again, and the spa was left in the dark. Each time we had to call the receptionist to fix it. This created a very uncomfortable, unsafe and unpleasant atmosphere, which completely ruined what was meant to be a relaxing experience. The receptionist admitted that this is a known issue that has affected other guests, yet the spa remained open without fixing the problem, which is highly unprofessional and irresponsible and I believe, given the safety aspect, also illegal. The receptionist promised us a full refund due to the disruption, but no indication as to when this refund will be returned. She gave us a number to call to arrange that, which we did on the spot. The employee on the phone also confirmed we'll be getting a full refund. Upon contacting the spa a week later of no news, we were told that noone promised us a full refund (!) and we were offered a free booking instead. The audacity! Eventually they offered half the refund, after my threat to report them to the ACM (done and hope they get you), which is not ok. I demand full refund and honesty. Also worth mentioning: the majority of their Google reviews are fake (5-star reviews from accounts with no other activity and vague, generic comments). All in all: avoid this fraudulent business at all costs and choose to spend your money instead at an honest place.

  First time at a private spa, it went above all the expectations I had. The host explained everything very clearly, and made us feel very welcome. The spa itself is beyond beautiful, I would definitely recommend it!

  It meets my high expectations, I really liked it! Special thanks to Anissa for the effort in explaining everything in English to us. The place is well-maintained, clean, and everything else. The decoration is great, we got amazed by it, all details, including balloons and bathrobes! The only note I have is the "sound system" which consists of the tiniest JBL box model. Luckily I brought my own and had no problem with it! I saw comments about the stairs, they are indeed narrow with tinny steps, but very stable and safe in our opinion, also we think it matches the place, so no problem for us!
