  The location is just 5 minutes walk from the centre. The service is good. We did not try food at their restaurant but ate from places around. Good choices of Indian, and mexican food available nearby. The beach is also walking distance, stroller friendly, nice breakfast places around that opens at 9 am. The hotel has very nice pool, sauna and steam bath. The showers and changing rooms are nice and comfy. Parking is paid. Kids play area is nice too.

  Reception desk personnel came across uninterested and gave wrong information about the reservation. Spa very limited, Turkish steambath in the spa was unhygienic and smelled poorly and water in small swimming pool was cold, superior room had no robes and slippers. Food in restaurant was tasty. Parking under hotel is convenient.

  On 13 June, While staying at the hotel and having booked in advance, i was unable to enjoy the hotel’s dinner service due to the poor organisation of an event that did not allow hotel guests to dine and no advance notice was given, which mean that in addition to paying for the service i had go out at night to look an establishment without a prior réservation. IT’s unaceptable that a such a « namely high category hôtel »suppress a básic offered service.
