Contacted WEMO for the first time this week for an emergency ride. The next day I needed them again. Both journeys were carried out quickly and correctly, excellent communication and no endless administrative hassle. Extremely pleasant experience.

Contacted me today because they left a note in my mailbox. Contact person is very rude and starts arguing with a customer. If you deliver something to me from now on, make sure that it clearly states on my letter when it was done. A note that does not indicate when something was delivered and at what time is of no use to me. SINCE YOU GUYS NEED THAT INFORMATION WHEN I CALL. From now on, leave a telephone number for your office instead of a 06 number that does not work at all. Ultimately I had to search for your 020 number on the internet. Bad service.

Ordered a Valentine's gift for my fiance and paid a lot for delivery on Valentine's Day (Sunday). Package would be delivered by Wemo Courier. Received a tracking number and stayed home to receive my package. Suddenly I see in the tracking overview that the courier had passed by and found no one at home. There was 100% certainly no courier here. We were just at home and our doorbell works fine. After contacting the company in question, they continue to claim that we were not at home. Package can no longer be delivered today and no solution is being considered. Now let's wait and see if the package will ever be delivered, it is certainly no longer a Valentine's surprise. Getting paid a lot, but not doing your job... This courier cannot be trusted!

Very poor service, didn't show up 3 times and then responded terribly rudely when you called and spoke to them about it. Apparently they have never heard of customer friendliness at this company.
