Our sauna was installed by Bastu in early October 2022. They're a fantastic company to work with. We have a custom-made sauna, including infrared heaters, and our cabinet builder finished the exterior so everything blends seamlessly. A tip from Bastu themselves. In short, highly recommended if you're looking for a beautiful sauna where the customer truly is king.

I hesitated for a long time where I was going to buy my sauna. It was a bit like comparing apples and oranges, because Bastu was the only one who recommended element sauna and it is simply a bit expensive. I chose them because of their thoughtfulness, service and transparency. The reviews were also very positive and Steef came across as professional. The sauna was installed today. The first impression: TOP work!!! The 2 professionals who came to install it were also friendly and neat (they still vacuumed and swabbed the door). Small details that provide an ultimate experience.

Very positive experience with Bastu, while I didn't even buy our sauna there, but took it over second-hand. This sauna does come from Bastu. After rebuilding the sauna myself, I had a problem with the heater that didn't work, I contacted Bastu and Steef helped me patiently and very well by phone. Thanks again for that!
