  Een heel fijne ervaring met dit bedrijf waar service en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Pieter heeft echt passie voor zijn vak. Wij hadden vragen omtrent een Zwemspa en zo kwamen wij dus bij hem terecht. Heel fijn dat hij de tijd voor je neemt en echt weet weet waar hij over praat. Zowel over techniek van de Zwemspa en over hoe het beste je waterkwaliteit in goede vorm te houden, hij weet heel veel en zet dan ook meteen linkjes door met het juiste product(en) wat je nodig hebt. Ook tijdens het opstarten van de Zwemspa heeft hij telefonisch ondersteuning gegeven waardoor er geen storingsmonteur hoefde lang te komen. Daarom geef ik 5 sterren, want het voelt echt dat je goed geholpen wordt. Wil je een goede service en kwaliteit dan zou ik het bedrijf 100% aanraden. Keep up the good work😊👌🏻.

  The pump of our jacuzzi was broken. Contacted elite and they were fortunately able to deliver an equivalent pump to me the next day. Top service👍👍

  I would advise everyone to stay away from here. You will clearly only be helped by sales people who want to earn as much as possible from you so that they can receive a slightly higher bonus. There is even a proud sign on the desk that all sales training has been completed hahah. Also, they are either simply lying about energy consumption if you do not purchase a heat pump (1000+) or the jacuzzis that Elite Welness sells are bizarrely energy-wasting compared to competitors. In addition, they spread untruths to convince you. I received much better help with a comparable jacuzzi at a store in Alphen aan den Rijn, for half the price. It's actually unbelievable that Elite Wellness currently has a 4.8 on Google. Stay away from here!

  Bought a jacuzzi a few months ago and it was installed 3 weeks ago. Very good service. Small remaining issue during the installation and after telephone contact from Elite they came by appointment to take care of it. Very satisfied with the service and correctness of all handling. Of course very satisfied with the warm bubbles in the bath. Top

  My husband had a spontaneous action. He wanted a jacuzzi so we looked on the internet and we came across Elite Wellenss. Our first contact was good. Very friendly welcome with a nice cup of coffee. Now the explanation of the different jacuzzi, but we soon discovered that we could not use a heat pump because we would place it inside the shed. No problem at all. Immediately another bath with explanation. That all went really great. Finally ordered and we enjoyed it so far. Created a room with TV. The jacuzzi arrived in April and we still use it daily. Never be without it again. But here I really want to thank Pieter. Even now, when I call or text with a question, we hang out together again with a cup of coffee. No question is too crazy and which product is better for us. For us, Pieter van Nieuwegein is a winner and there is no barrier to asking something, even if it is for the third time. Very nice company and the servers are really great. If anyone is thinking about getting a jacuzzi, visit this company and take a piece of paper with you with all your questions. And then you already know a lot, you can watch everything for yourself at home. Pieter, we are happy that we took the step with you. Gr Piet and Marinka
