  Please note: with this company you must pay the entire amount before delivery! Not a pleasant experience, but the sauna is still fine. It is time for the young generation to take over and start building good customer relationships.

  After a good conversation and good communication prior to delivery, something went wrong during delivery. The quotation and the order were not aligned, which meant that the construction package was incorrect. This was solved by having someone tailor the pieces on site. Unfortunately, that didn't go well in the end, and we had to do the sawing ourselves. In addition, the building instructions were for an earlier version. The instructions for the floor and roof were missing. As a result, we had to figure out how to do it several times. We have given the company the opportunity to correct our mistakes. We were mainly told that we were not handy enough and then it became quiet. If you buy a self-assembly kit, you should receive the correct, up-to-date instructions, then skill does not matter. It's a shame that it turned out this way, the sauna itself works fine and looks nice. But the stress surrounding the construction process casts a shadow over the whole.
