  Unfortunately, things haven't been going so well so far. I placed an order on April 9, 2025, and despite immediate payment, I still haven't received my goods. I ordered from protecthaus.de. According to the shipping service provider, Hermes, the package could not be located/delivered. I contacted info@protecthaus.de via email, but I haven't received a response since April 29, 2025. I called twice today and was simply hung up. Sorry, but that's not possible. I'm going to get my money back now. The company couldn't do anything about it. It was all the fault of the delivery service. They ultimately transferred the money back. Thank you very much for your efforts.

  My order was delivered within 24 hours, which I thought was really great. The locks were well packaged and clearly of high quality. The installation went without any problems and the locks work perfectly. I will definitely recommend this webshop to friends and family.
