I join the chorus of fellow ING customers who tried to get help here and received nothing. Customer representativr with an attitude (you need to listen to the options i give you), and she would jist not listen to what I need. What do I need? a simple account declaration that is not available to download and that should include all account details. She pointed me towards incorrect options, and would insist these are the options. I had to call customer care. Thankfully they figured out quickly and i am now waiting for the letter to be sent by mail. Welcome to 2023 :) 2 stars are for the customer care team. If I could, i would give 0 zero to the team at this location.

Extremely annoying and difficult to make an appointment to do anything else than borrow money from this garbage of an institution. Ings bad reputation is only getting worse with every step they take. Low competence employees with arrogant attitude.

I have been with ING since I moved to the Netherlands 9 years ago. Until recently I never had an issue. But after experiencing their advisors not answering emails and entering this beautiful but useless location and asking for an option to deposit money to my account the employee greeting us said " you can give it to me but I will spend it." What an unprofessional behavior. He then recommended going on the street to the geldomat machine. After I said I would prefer to do it in a bank building he was not even able to tell me which branch to go to. This will probably put an end to our relationship soon. Thanks for no service at all!

I just opened an account there. I was able to make an appointment for the following day, which is Saturday. Even though I am new to the Netherlands, the guy who assisted me was very helpful in explaining how banking works here, and I didn't have any problems or major hassles. Much better experience than the other bank I tried to use that told me to come back next month because they were too busy but had only one other customer in the lobby at the time.
