  I had a great experience with the taxi service from Taxi Gre-Go. The driver (Jordie) was very helpful and friendly, making the ride pleasant from start to finish. The car was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated the professional and punctual service. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable taxi in Groningen!

  When i came to Groningen in 2024 February for the first time, Gre-Go was first taxi I got ride with from train station to my location. Their service is very friendly and one of the most affordable in town. When i need taxi, then I order Gre-Go always.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND. The driver was almost 30 mins late, upon picking me up he proceeded to be on the phone for an additional 5-10 minutes, while I was sat in the car waiting. He then purposefully took a longer journey which led him to get lost, despite me trying to give him directions. I was charged double that of which any other taxi company would make you pay (it should have been a 10 minute journey). Despite that, I paid and left. I assumed there was the €10 additional fee I had agreed to previously, since I was moving some boxes. However, shortly after, I was spammed by the driver who claimed I had not paid the additional €10. He harassed me to pay a tikkie. Very bad experience and will be sure to never use this service again.
