Nijhuis bicycles has top service. I was on holiday in Germany where my bike broke down. It needed a new rear tire and an inner tube. Now that is usually not a big problem, but on my bike the motor is in the rear wheel. If you take it out, which is necessary when replacing the tire, the engine must be readjusted. The software is not available in Germany. Ask locally at a bicycle shop. So called Nijhuis cycling and explained the situation. No problem. Delivered the bike the next day at 9:30 am and picked it up again at 11 am. Cycle in tip top condition again. Adjusted the brakes myself and measured the battery and motor. They also helped with unloading and loading the bicycle into the car. So Service is, yes with a capital letter.

We were on vacation and had to replace the rear wheel due to a collision. We were given a loaner bike, and after a few days, the bike was repaired. Excellent service, and friendly help. Top-notch service.
