    We pre-booked 2 days in advance for a 5:30 a.m. pick-up to make our 6 a.m. train from Amsterdam. We called the evening before to confirm and were assured the taxi would arrive on time since we pre-booked. We were to receive a tracking link 20 minutes prior to pick-up and a call from the driver 5 minutes prior to their arrival. By 5:40 a.m., no link, no call, and no car!! We were forced to book an Uber immediately and barely made our train. No refund from Staxi! Do not recommend!

    Book with a different company. We pre-booked their largest vehicle and informed them we had lots of luggage. There was definitely doubt that we could fit all luggage in - we understood that. When we arrived to our driver, he got in as much luggage as he could, but we needed another car. Luckily there was a Staxi car right there, so we could easily fit the last few suitcases in that one. We start driving, and I notice the second car is giving us metered pricing. I contacted the same man I’d been taking to over their WhatsApp, but he informed me, “Oh, you didn’t book ahead, so it’s metered pricing.” I asked why we couldn’t just pay the €98 for the additional car, but he just couldn’t seem to do a thing for me even though I had already given his company nearly €150 for the van and I figured a modicum of customer service was in order. Nope! “You should have booked two vans.” I’ll never use them again. The metered ride was over €200… and that was in addition to the €150 we paid. Hitchhiking would be better.

    Terrible company. Booked a car at 17.10 and no one arrived even at half an hour later. Then finally someone called me and explained they had no driver available. If you have no driver then why you allow people to book and then no one shows up? Did not even offer me a compensation and just reschedule an hour later another ride.

    This is the 3rd time I have issues with Staxi and I will not use them again. My ride either gets canceled very last minute or the taxi arrives 20 min earlier than the time booked, being rude and stating he cannot wait until the time booked.

    This is our third time using Staxi services and we have not been dissapointed! The drivers are always on time and give you a call 5min before to advise what time they will be there. If you need a reliable shuttle early morning to the airport, I can recommend giving them a call!
