  Taken to the hospital in Nieuwegein, only the driver told us before we got in that the air conditioning was not working and that two people had already refused to get in. We got in but it was almost impossible. The driver can't do anything about this because he had already reported to the company a few times that the air conditioning was broken. And of course it's not healthy for him to work either. 1 star for the company and 5 stars for the driver.

  What a horrible company, they have often left me out in the cold with my child and now my child is at school because they do not do their administration properly. And I am told yes, it is not our problem. The result that he had to wait more than an hour before I was there because of traffic jams and travel time! This is just too crazy for words and pathetic. In the past I also had to deal with an overstrained driver who was way too rude to the children and my son was scared to death! And I can open a whole book like that about this company. Juijn, shame on you! And we are so dependent on you! You are not even worth that one star

  Unfortunately in October I had a collision with one of your drivers in Tricht, I could not sign the damage form because the manager had to do it and he came up with a stupid story, in the end he said he would put it through the letterbox at my home within 2 weeks because he drove that route every day, I didn't see or hear anything until I suddenly got a message from the insurance company, it's a bit strange that things go like this at this company and have drivers who lie about everything and don't keep to agreements.

  Ons hond is aangereden doordat de chauffeur door is gereden, want stil staan kost hun geld. Vervolgens komt ie eruit en is uit op ruzie. Contact krijgen met het bedrijf lukt ook bijna niet en al helemaal niet om eruit te komen wat er is gebeurt. Ze hebben een grote mond en houden hun handen boven hun hoofd. Geloof gelijk de taxichauffeur en het verhaal van de andere partij boeit ze niks. Het ging hun meer om dat hij door moest rijden, omdat het anders hun geld kost. Dus met andere woorden is het normaal om een hond aan te rijden en wel stil te staan om te willen vechten. Vindt het schandalig hoe het bedrijf hiermee omgaat. Ook dat dezelfde dag niemand ons te woord kon staan en de volgende dag gebeld zouden worden. Eerst hebben we geprobeerd zelf te bellen en dan krijg je te horen ergens volgende week wordt u terug gebeld. Nadat we een klacht hebben ingezien werden we binnen een uur gebeld dan kan het natuurlijk wel. Normaal je te woord staan is daar een ding. Het ligt alleen maar aan de andere en niet aan de chauffeur, want die doen nooit wat verkeerds. De schuld kunnen ze zo makkelijk in anders mans schoenen schuiven

  Well, what can I say as a disabled person visiting family by taxi? The car is fine, but the bus for schoolchildren is a disaster, you can't let someone who is old and in a lot of pain climb onto a bus. My outing has been canceled several times because of this. So dear Juijn, use the bus for school children and not for old sick people, safer and better!
