Huge parking near the border of Germany. The shower is clean, the toalett is free. There is a dedicated parking place for frigo and electric truck. Highly recommend

There is a very big parking, even if you come at 12:00 in the night, you will get parking, toilet is free and shower is available for 3 euros, washing machine is available for 6 euros, washing for 3 euros, dry. FREE WIFI Staff people are nice and understand English, French and douche.

Worst experience ever in a truck parking. Paying 1 hour which is free in others paid parking. Can't pay with the card because they don't know how to use Visa Electron ( stores have explaining that say so) and the worst of all is that you are not allowed to go to the toilet when you want even when you have paid the parking. The attitude of the staff is just below any expectations.

If you're looking for a place where your truck can catch its breath after the rigors of Dutch roads, and you dream of a moment of relaxation… then James Cookweg 31 in Venlo might be your stop, but be prepared for a few "attractions"! A Culinary Feast (with a touch of luxury) Let's start with the food, because that's always a priority. The kitchen serves dishes that genuinely taste delicious. Think of a juicy pork schnitzel, or an aromatic soup that will warm you up after a chilly day. The problem is, after glancing at the bill, you might feel like you briefly parked at a Michelin-starred restaurant rather than a truck stop. Good, but expensive – that's probably the best summary. If you've got some euros saved for "unexpected culinary expenses," go for it! A Smile? Of course… but not here After a hearty (and costly) meal, you might want to pay. And that's where the real adventure begins! The lady at the cash register… well, let's just say a smile is a scarce commodity for her. Her demeanor is so unpleasant and hostile that you wonder if she's in the wrong profession and should instead be guarding the gate at a motorcycle club. Be prepared to fight a small battle to get your change or to have your questions not ignored. A Dream Shower (that lasts a second) After a whole day behind the wheel, nothing beats a warm shower. At James Cookweg 31, you can get one for just 3.50 euros. The price seems reasonable, right? The problem is, for those 3.50 euros, you get an experience akin to a quick dash through a spring rain. The water flows for such a short time that by the time you manage to lather up, you already have to turn off the tap. It's like a race against time, where the prize is barely moistened skin. Maybe it's a clever way to conserve water, but definitely not for a full refresh! In summary, the truck stop at James Cookweg 31 in Venlo is a place with excellent food (if you have a fatter wallet), unforgettable interactions with the staff, and a shower that… teaches you to appreciate every drop of water. If you like challenges and have a sense of humor, then this truck stop is for you! Or perhaps you'd prefer to find another place where a smile and a long shower aren't a luxury?

Liars! You pay parking 17.50 euros with a bonus of 8 euros for food. But the restaurant recognizes the bonus! Beer is 5 euros, shower separately 3 euros, food is from 15 euros and up. Very bad attitude of the staff towards the drivers. I do not recommend the parking lot!!!
