  This year I had the need to transport a large public art piece I designed and fabricated. With some complexity, as it was using live plants. I don't work in logistics and have not experience with how to go about arranging transport for such a thing. HB Logistiek were incredibly helpful right from the start. Discussing what truck I would need, explaining the pricing and how it would all work on the day, access on to the site, everything. On the day, when we were a bit behind schedule, the driver arrived he jumped in to help us out as much as he could. I called on them again at the end of the project to transport it back for storage and once again they made sure everything went super smoothly. When the truck I'd used the first time wasn't available, they went above and beyond to make sure that we'd still be able to transport the project on the day. And once the transport was incredibly smooth and the team was friendly and helpful. Transporting this installation was one of my biggest worries and unknowns at the start of the project but the team at HB helped me make it happen. I will happily work with them again for future projects.

  It's nice to work with them because they still want to think along and you are still respected as a customer. It's a pity that we cannot always send the very heavy ovens with them due to their excessive weight. But in any case, a nice company to work with.

  Very friendly welcome in the warehouse to view a product. Very helpful! Cup of coffee and use of the toilet was no problem! Versatile company and also a fantastic service!

  Purchase made via Marktplaats in Budel. Had to go to the Drechtsteden. Due to circumstances I was unable to go back and forth myself. Called HB logistics and spoke to Roy. Immediately thinking and cooperative. The appointment with the seller was to pick up on the same day between 1 and 2 p.m. Wasn't a problem. I didn't care about the delivery, as long as it suited HB's schedule, it was fine for me. Picked up well in advance! After 2 hours I received a call back from Roy that a driver would deliver the item the same day. Simply GREAT!! Service!!

  Super fast and personal communication. Truly door-to-door service, so completely reliable. And even for 1 ride from a private individual like myself, they are not the worst. So I know who to call if I need anything arranged in the future!! Thanks Roy
