  I am very disappointed in this clothing store I recently visited. Unfortunately I have to click a star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this. But they really don't deserve a star. It's actually not a clothes store but a cool store!! The quality of the clothing is terribly poor. I bought a pair of trousers and later discovered that another pair of trousers had discolouration. When I showed this to the staff, the pants were simply hung back on the rack. No apology or attempt to solve the problem. As if that wasn't enough, promises made two days earlier were not kept. Instead of getting my money back for the bad pants, I was offered a coupon. Like I'm obligated to buy more junk from that store! It's ridiculous. When I asked if I could just get my money back, I was told that they never had much money in cash, so that was not possible. What a lame excuse! No money in cash to repay 1 pair of pants??? Sending or transferring a note was also too much effort for them. In addition, the store advertises a 50% discount on the windows, but this discount does not apply to the item of clothing I was interested in. How misleading is that? It feels like a scam. The staff in the store was also very grumpy, unfriendly and sour. They seemed to have no interest in helping customers at all. All trousers are too long, they said, if you want a shorter one you can have it made shorter for €10. Huh? I've never heard this anywhere before. All in all, my experience at this clothing store was nothing short of terrible. I will never come back here and I strongly discourage others from wasting their money here. At the Acton they have better quality stuff, really!!!
