  After being a customer for 50 years I decided to cancel my account. Hardly reachable, everything has to be done digitally and if you file a complaint in writing, you don't even get a written answer but a phone call that they can't do anything about it. Compared to the foreign banks I know, Rabobank is one of the worst banks. Very expensive and hard to reach because there are no more offices nearby. The cooperative bank of that time is now defunct.
