    I had one full night I couldn’t rest , the room was on the side of the street, and whole night police cars and ambulance passed , I understood is Hospital close , but I asked them polite to change my room , they’ve been told me that all rooms are full booked , but I said to search and check up online , and was all a lie , in this case I was asking my money back , but they said for this to contact whit Booking, I would like my money back for both nights , the services wasn’t at all good above everything they don’t clean the location that good I found bugs in the room , and hair in the bathroom that I had to clean , I feelt depressed and I felt desperate whole day ,I was telling them if nothing is done right way , I call Authorities for costumers services , and I’m going to go further, they laughed into my face , after their actions bringed me into deeply emotional and psihic Harshness, I already contacted for lawyer, I’m going to go further , I was very polite and respectful and still positive, until they started acting like fools , and this is the way they treated the couple next to my room whit a child which couldn’t sleep whole night and crying whole night !

    We only stopped to get food. The food was great and the service was excellent. They allowed us to have our dog with us at the outside area. And found water and a few treats for her. The downside with location was the noisy road just outside. We peeked through the windows of one room, and it looked really nice.

    I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel which has left me utterly speechless and disappointed. I had booked my stay based on the positive reviews via Booking dot com, but I can only assume those reviews were written by people who had a vastly different experience than I did. I cannot express how astounded I am to find anything positive about this establishment. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that the staff's priority was not providing quality service but rather their own personal interests. The receptionist was so engrossed in their phone screen that they barely acknowledged my presence, let alone offer any assistance. It was beyond infuriating to see them completely indifferent to the needs of the guests. To make matters worse, I had to navigate my way through a bar area filled with loud, obnoxious drunk people just to reach the check-in counter. The atmosphere was not only unwelcoming but also intimidating. It was an utterly unprofessional and unsettling experience, to say the least. Once I finally managed to get the attention of the receptionist, their attitude was nothing short of rude. They seemed annoyed by my presence and lacked basic courtesy. I had legitimate concerns and questions about my stay, but their dismissive and unhelpful responses left me feeling unheard and disregarded. Given the level of rudeness, neglect, and disregard for customer service I encountered, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It is disheartening to witness such a stark contrast between the positive reviews online and the reality of the experience. If you value your comfort and deserve respectful treatment as a guest, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this establishment. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering a stay at this hotel. It is my sincerest hope that the management takes these criticisms seriously and makes immediate changes to improve the quality of service. As it stands, this hotel is a prime example of how appearances can be deceiving, and customer satisfaction can be completely disregarded. After my recent experience at this hotel, I took the time to write a comprehensive review on booking dot com's site, sharing my honest thoughts and feedback. However, to my dismay, they heavily edited and censored my review, leaving only one positive point, which does not reflect the reality of my stay. I am now left with no choice but to report this matter to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). This blatant act of censorship is not only deceptive but also undermines the trust customers place in Booking dot come.

    Beautiful place. Rooms neat and well decorated. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing so you can hear your neighbors. Service very nice and helpful. I recommend :)
