Lovely interactions with staff. All very helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and spacious beyond expectations. The pool is amazing and we had a go at the gym too. Good quality bed. Morning coffee was great and a wide variety of fresh breakfast options. There's an amazing nature reserve right across the road with a sandy area for kids to play. We extended our stay as the kids didn't want to leave!

Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement Our recent stay at the hotel was unfortunately not as pleasant as we had hoped. The check-in process was slower than expected, upon entering the room, we noticed stains on the carpet and a general lack of freshness in the air, which made the space feel less inviting. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of attention to our special request. We had mentioned that our stay was for our anniversary and kindly asked for a nice room to mark the occasion. The hotel acknowledged our request and assured us they would take it into consideration, but unfortunately, there was no noticeable effort to make our stay feel special. While we understand that issues can arise, we expected more given the occasion and the hotel’s initial response. We hope the hotel can address these areas to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The location was easy to reach and nicely quiet. The service was lovely. And the room was nice but the bathroom furniture was peeling

Rooms are very old and worn down. Location is nice next to beautiful nature reserve. Breakfast was good.

Despite the cheaper room is available on their website and Boooking.com, I was charged more when I booked at the hotel. It was my fault for not asking the price at the beginning, but I had checked 5 minutes before. It was midnight and I didn't want to bother as I was very tired. When I asked the receptionist why, she said that the Luxury Room was now available (the most expensive room) and that was the price. I paid (90 Euros) so as not to bother more. When I arrived in the luxury room, there was not even water to drink. When I lay on the bed and checked the price online again, I saw that cheaper rooms were available. It was a bad experience for me. Even in the most "civilised" country in Europe you can get ripped off. Be careful.
